Application fees are due at time of application submittal - applications with no fees submitted will be cancelled at end of business day. 

If all required supporting documents have not been received the application will be cancelled. If fees were submitted they will be returned and you will be asked to re-apply with required documents and repay. 

If incorrect fees are paid your fee will be returned to you and you will be asked to re-pay with the corrected amount.

PERMIT APPLICATION AND PROCESSING TIME:

• Adequate Water Supply Determination - 7-10 business days
• Septic Installation Permit - Up to 30 days
• Site Evaluations - 1-3 business days
• Well Site Review - 3-5 business days 

Food Permitting:

• Applications for NEW food establishment must be submitted 30 days prior to your intended opening date
• TEMPORARY FOOD PERMITS must be submitted at least 3 DAYS before the event

What is the status of my application?

Upon submitting your application, below are the permit process states you may see:

• Pending or Pending Completeness Review- Application has been received and a permit record has been created
• Pending EH Review - Your application has been reviewed by a Permit Technician and has been sent to the Environmental Health team for review and approval
• Approved - All workflow / process steps required for approval have been completed / approved
• Closed - All workflow / process steps required for closure have been completed / approved
• Issued - All workflow / process steps required for approval have been completed and all required documents accepted
